EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

For any reason if you are not happy with your purchase, you will be provided with a store credit, to the value of the item(s) returned.

 Please note: we offer store credit only.

Store credits are processed with no expiration date so you don’t feel pressured to use it immediately, you can use it whenever you like and on new launches.

 In order to be eligible for a store credit, the below requirements must be met:

    •The item is returned to us within 7 days of delivery date

    • The Bellana box is returned in its original condition and undamaged

    • The return/exchange is posted with tracking available, if no tracking number is given to Bellana we will not accept the return/exchange

    Cancellations

     All orders are final once processed at checkout, no changes or cancellations can be made.

    I ordered the wrong size

    Oh oh, got your ring and realised you ordered the wrong size? That's okay, let's do an exchange! simply email the name you placed your order under, order number, and the new size you'd like to hello@bellana.co We will then take you through the exchange process so we can get your perfect fit on the way asap!

    I've changed my mind, I want a different ring

    Sure thing, there's a solution for everything here at Bellana! simply email the name you placed your order under, order number, and the new ring you would like instead to hello@bellana.co
    Once we receive your ring and it complies with our exchange and return conditions, you will be provided with a credit to the value of the item(s) returned.

    My ring arrived faulty

    We are so sorry, please forgive us! All rings are quality checked and controlled prior to shipping, on the odd occasion that it arrives damaged due to them being thrown around by couriers *wipes tear* we will send you a brand new one on us! simply email the name you placed your order under, order number, and photos of the fault(s) to hello@bellana.co

    Requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order returns/exchanges will only be accepted if:

    • The ring is returned in its original condition, unworn and undamaged

    • The Bellana box is returned in its original condition and undamaged

    • The return/exchange is posted with tracking available, if no tracking number is given to Bellana we will not accept the return/exchange

    PLEASE NOTE:

    Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return/exchange an item, but Bellana will happily pay the shipping to send you your new ring/size. 

    RETURNS/EXCHANGES THAT ARE SENT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION FROM BELLANA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
