CORONAVIRUS IMPACTS + SHIPPING

We are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in the network and a decrease in domestic flights. So please be aware that there may be some delays in your delivery, which every business is currently experiencing. Please find attached statement below by Australia Post about the impacts from the coronavirus.

We ship your order as normal and as soon as we can, but the delays with AusPost are unfortunately out of our control.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your order has been processed and finalised, we will send you a tracking number for your order. Please visit our ‘Track my Order’ tab to easily track your order, we have attached links to the relevant mail tracking website from each country. Find your country, click the link, and paste your tracking number to track your parcel.

My item is faulty, how do I get a new one?

If you have by any chance received a faulty item, please send us an email with photos so our team can inspect the damage and ensure it doesn’t happen again. You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

I got the wrong ring size, can I exchange it for another size?

Of course! You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email, with your order number, and the new size you require.

Please note: Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost, we will cover the other shipping cost to send you your correct size. The ring has to be returned back to us in good condition, and in the packaging it arrived in.

Do you do exchanges/refunds?

We do not allow exchanges/refunds for a change of mind.

Products purchased on sale i.e. during a promotional sale period or on markdown.

Products not received in their original condition.

Product is returned damaged/faulty.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia, USA and The UK.

Are your diamonds real?

Our diamond is AAA+ cubic zirconia. We use Belgium technology to mimic the characteristics of a real diamond. Generic cubic zirconia has a hardness of 6-7. Ours have a hardness of 9, which is closer to a real diamond that has a hardness of 10.
